At Fenwick, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
