The lacquered Twister mill, measuring 24cm, is designed for grinding both salt and pepper. It showcases a scooped concave scallop design and is constructed from sustainably sourced rubber wood. The mill is coated with eight layers of high-gloss lacquer, each carefully hand polished. Featuring a ceramic grinding mechanism, it operates with a clockwise twist. This mill is intended for use with Rock Salt (dry salt crystals) and Black Peppercorns, but it is not suitable for sea salt, wet salt, dried wet salt, or pink peppercorns.
